Klimczaka 1, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000009630, REGON (statistical number): 016114501, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 5213039810 (“Company”), Tel.: +48 22 460 00 70 informs that they are the controller of personal data obtained for the purposes related to their economic activity.

The data are processed for the purposes related to the performance of contracts, in particular employment contracts, civil law contracts, business and other contracts, for contract purposes, and for the purpose of carrying out the Company’s obligations resulting from the provisions of the law, including in particular the labour law, civil law, social insurance law, tax law, accounting law. The Company also processes personal data based on their legitimate interest, consisting in the establishment, exercise or defence of claims, whether in court proceedings or before state authorities, if such claims relate to the Company’s economic activity.

Personal data are entrusted for processing to external entities carrying out accounting for the Company, advisory entities and entities administering IT systems used by the Company.

Personal data may be accessed by entities authorised for such access pursuant to applicable provisions of the law and authorities appointed to control compliance with the law.

The Company processes personal data throughout the term of the contract, for which personal data have been obtained by the Company, and longer if such an obligation results from the provisions of the law and when it is related to the exercise or defence of the Company’s rights in court or before state authorities.

Data subjects have the right to access personal data, the right of their rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing of data, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority competent for matters related to personal data protection, namely the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data/ President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
